Warrior Eevees : Episode 8 Accidents and regrets

As everyone looked up at the shining rock, BlackStar was standing on. SilverPaw and SwiftPaw were already standing beside BlackStar. She nodded toward SilverPaw, SilverPaw stepped forward.She announced with her head up high, "FROM THIS DAY ON, THIS NEW WARRIOR WILL BE NAMED SilverHeart!". Excitement gushed through SilverHeart her eyes shining in the sunlight. Just when SwiftPaw was about to become a warrior, LongClaw picked her up by the scruff of her neck and was lifted up with his claw. LongClaw stared at SwiftPaw for a long time then he complained to BlackStar. "THIS APPRENTICE DIDN'T FIGHT HARD ENOUGH SHE DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE A WARRIOR". Everyone suddenly turned toward SwiftPaw. LongClaw put her down she looked at everyone her tail tucked in, ears flattened. BlackStar stared at SwiftPaw dead in the eye. "Everyone back to what you were doing.". Disappointment pulled through SwiftPaw's heart she was trying to hold back the tears. She remained an apprentice. NightClaw and SilverHeart tried to calm down SwiftPaw she just pushed them away. She couldn't hold in the tears. NightClaw wanted to calm her down with her favorite prey, Pikachu. SwiftPaw's chest was shaking she could not handle it and she ran to her mom. NightClaw and SilverHeart watched SwiftPaw. Nightclaw tried to lean his head closer SilverHeart had the same idea. the two eevees saw SwiftPaw get pushed out and her mom yelling at her. "GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!! YOU'LL NEVER BE A WARRIOR!". SwiftPaw's heart was torn. Everyone who was looking forward to SwiftPaw being a warrior was let down. SwiftPaw slowly padded over to Nightclaw. "I WISH I WAS NEVER BORN! I'M NEVER GOING TO BE A WARRIOR! NEVER!". Tears burst through her eyes. Nightclaw felt bad for her. Nightclaw stood up and growled to SwiftPaw "That mentor of yours is not a good one". Then it hit him, LongClaw was trying to prevent SwiftPaw from being a  warrior but why? "I'm going to the Black Path (which is the road)." Nightclaw was curious what was she going to do? Suddenly before he could ask her blue eyes caught his eye, IT WAS QUICKCLAW! He ran over to QuickClaw's hangout. "Hey, over here!". her voice startled him a little but he shook his head to clear out some of the burrs that clinged to he looked around and whispered impatiently "What? You now I have to mentor SpikeClaw. The clan will think what has become of me!". "Maybe I could mentor SwiftPaw!" she whispered back. "But your not part of the clan you're a rouge!" I growled back. "Maybe before your mentoring starts you can sneak SwiftPaw in here and just in case of a very big battle I can teach her some skills! Then BlackStar will make SwiftPaw warrior!". He blinked twice and thought, that idea was actually good. the young warrior nodded and padded off to SpikeClaw "Hello, ready to start hunting lesson number 2?" Nightclaw's voice was soft so that he wouldn't scare the apprentice. "Y-y-yes mentor NightClaw…" He hid his face in his tuft. The friendly warrior nudged him with his nose. "Come on,  let's go.". He looked at Nightclaw with excited eyes but didn't act like it. Nightclaw sped ahead making going through the thicket look easy. The time SpikeClaw came out he actually fitted his name. Nightclaw chuckled, then he lead him over to the Pikachu Hole. Nightclaw showed him the crouch position for Pikachu hunting. He was sitting quietly, "How about you try kiddo" He pulled him over "See that over there?" I pointed to a pichu "don't hunt those because they are not plump and don't have enough flavor". He pointed to a raichu "Only warriors and leaders go after those" finally Nightclaw pointed to a pikachu "Those are perfect for your hunting now go" Nightclaw gave him a pat on the back. He crouched rump down and ears flattened. I watched him to see if he was using the right position, his tail was still and not sticking out and he put his weight on his side. "A Pikachu will be able to hear your paw steps but a buneary will smell you" I whispered to him, he nodded and continued stalking the pikachu 1,2,3 THEN LAUNCH he land on the tail of the pikachu before it could even react. He finished it off in one bite. I grabbed it from him and put it in a hole, "you will need to hide your prey and remember where you hid it when you go out to find some more." Suddenly, I heard SilverHeart's "OMG I'M SO EXCITED" scream. I let SpikeClaw hunt a little more. Then, he brought the fresh kill to the camp. When I saw SilverHeart she was staring at me with an apprentice. "HEY! NIGHTCLAW OVER HERE!",  she said rather excited. I padded over to her "what's with the apprentice?" I asked politely. "I'M A MENTOR!!!!!" Her eyes filled with excitement. "CONGRATS!!!" I bowed my head to the new apprentice. "Well see you Lightningstripe!" Silverpaw smiled at her apprentice. "It's time to sleep in the warriors den!" I said happily.
But something popped into my head "SWIFTPAW!" what if she has nightmares she is still barley over 7 years old… No time to worry I had to sleep…….

When I woke up I decided to take a stroll with SilverHeart then we heard a scream. We heard it from the black path. We rushed over there and we saw SwiftPaw with her leg twisted and it was dropping out blood lots of blood we also saw Lightningstripe his chest was bleeding near his heart. "LIGHTNINGSTRIPE!" SilverHeart's eyes were tearing up."I-I-I loved him…" My eyes filled with shock. Lightningstripe was crying and blushing "I failed you SilverHeart.."
